1、 Overview:
The crushing rotary dryer is a type of dryer that adds a crushing shaft to the original single drum rotary dryer and makes appropriate improvements to the internal lifting plate to handle high moisture materials. Therefore, it is also known as a high moisture material dryer.
When high moisture materials enter the drying drum, they are picked up by the lifting plate and refined by the crushing shaft inside the drum during the falling process. Under the influence of hot air, they are continuously refined and dried until they move to the outlet. Due to the large contact area with air after material refinement, it dries quickly.
2、 Characteristics:
1. It can directly process materials with high humidity, such as chicken manure, alcohol lees, pesticide residues, etc., and dry high moisture materials from 85% to below 12%.
2. The device has a compact structure and is easy to install.
3. Good adjustability, high operational flexibility, allowing for product yield in production. The moisture content of wet materials has a large fluctuation range without affecting the quality of the discharged products.
4. Reasonably utilizing dry air, saving more than 30% energy compared to conventional dryers.
